You may request an exchange within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
Conditions:
The item must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging.
It must be accompanied by the receipt or invoice.
The new item must have equal or greater value.
(If the value is higher, the difference must be paid before shipment.)
Shipping Costs:
For exchanges within Greece: the customer covers the shipping cost.
For international exchanges: the customer covers all shipping costs, and the exchange is carried out via our partner courier.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, the new product will be shipped within 1–3 working days.
Due to hygiene reasons:
Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
Also:
Customized items (e.g., resizing, engraving) cannot be returned.
Sale items:
No returns or exchanges are accepted on discounted products.
If you do not wish to exchange your item and prefer a refund, you may return it within 14 calendar days from delivery.
Conditions:
The item must be in its original condition, unworn and complete.
Returns must be sent via our partner courier.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the product, the refund will be issued to the bank account of your choice.
If:
you received the wrong product,
the item is faulty, or
the packaging is damaged,
the return is handled at our expense.
The product must be returned in the condition received, along with all packaging and documentation.
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the product arrives in perfect condition, without signs of wear, and in its full original packaging.
If these conditions are not met, we reserve the right to decline the return.
